Summary

Platform Housing Group is currently recruiting for a New Homes Aftercare Coordinator. Which sits within the Quality and Post Construction team, within the Development & Growth Directorate. Role purpose is to provide administrative and aftercare support on new build development projects. This role involves working, and supporting with various teams, including Quality, Customer Care, and Post Construction, to ensure high-quality outcomes for customers and end users. This is a brand-new role, created to ensuring we provide consistent good service and an opportunity for you to bring across your experience in the Housing sector. This role will bring variety, project work alongside BAU with no two days being the same.

You’ll thrive in this stand-alone role, hold excellent communication skills and can manage conflicting demands. Problem solving will come natural to you and you’ll have the ability to network and build solid working relationships with our internal and external stakeholders. You’ll have confidence working across teams and can manage workload confidently.

You’ll also have:

Experience in an administrative role

Experience in housing or construction

Proficiency in using IT and data systems, especially Microsoft Office

Experience in producing and updating reports and data sets for senior audiences

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer care and value diversity

Ability to work outside normal office hours as required



While this role is home-based, you should be able to travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings as required.
