Join Our Team as a Repairs Surveyor

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Repairs Surveyor to join our Complex Works team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will be responsible for the collection of information relating to Platforms assets through the process of repairs and damp, mould & condensation surveys. (DCM)

You will play a key role in surveying Platform assets, gathering crucial information to keep our databases up to date, supporting business planning, and shaping future programmes of work. You’ll update damp and mould registers and manage our asset data, working collaboratively with the team to drive continuous improvements in efficiency, standards, and performance.

Customer communication is at the heart of this role, you’ll keep customers informed every step of the way. You’ll also use systems to raise work orders and process contractor payments.

Some things we are looking for:

Experience in undertaking damp and mould, complex works , compliance and other construction related surveys

Have a good technical ability and be able to provide technical advice on a wide range of construction, maintenance and repair issues

Have a sound understanding of construction to deliver a broad range of property related activities

Be prepared to complete training courses in order to undertake the core tasks and objectives of the role



While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations across our stock as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester.
