We are writing a new and exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. With a substantial investment in excess of £80 million, we are enriching our resort including the addition of a new event space, The Masters Suite, 149 extra bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club, and much more.

Central Delivery Point
We have a fantastic opportunity for a CDP Coordinator to work in our dynamic team. Due to the size and location of the Belfry Resort, we have a central delivery point which handles all of our incoming drinks stock, and we distribute goods to each area of the resort from here.
Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £27,727.20, compromising of a base salary rate of £26,500.00 plus a qualified estimate of £1,227.20 gratuities.
About the role
To assist in the coordination of daily operations within the Central Delivery Point, ensuring deliveries are handled efficiently, waste procedures are followed, and all CDP areas remain compliant, safe, and well organised. The role also supports clear communication between CDP and resort departments to maintain high operational standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate all deliveries into and out of the CDP
· Ensure goods are checked, recorded, and delivered to the correct departments promptly
· Liaise with departments regarding scheduled delivery slots and waste collections
· Support the CDP team with all waste handling, including segregation and correct disposal
· Monitor and report departments not following bin yard procedures
· Maintain the organisation, cleanliness, and compliance of storage areas (e.g. Keg Store, Freezer, Linen Store)
· Keep accurate records of deliveries, returns, and waste movement
· Count and order stock in line with business levels and operational needs
· Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to identify beverage requirements and ensure timely preparation and distribution
· Liaise with Procurement and suppliers regarding delivery discrepancies or delays
· Provide operational support during absences, leave or peak periods
· Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times by the team (e.g. gloves, eye protection, air defenders)
· Carry out regular checks of CDP facilities and report any maintenance issues
· Escalate continued breaches of procedure to the CDP Manager
· Contribute to the improvement of CDP processes and service delivery
Other Responsibilities:
· Follow the resort’s sustainability and waste reduction policies
· Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment always
· Ensure confidentiality and site security during goods handling
· Take part in team briefings and training sessions as required
· Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and encourage best practice
