What You'll Be Doing:
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions for students with behavioural needs
• Develop and implement bespoke strategies that foster resilience and wellbeing
• Forge trusted relationships with pupils to motivate positive behaviour and engagement
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral leads to personalise support
• Track progress meticulously, celebrating wins and strategising improvement
• Drive a positive, restorative ethos across classrooms and communal spaces
