- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement tailored behaviour support plans
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working with a diverse range of students
- Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field
