We are seeking an experienced and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary school in Newham. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity for a confident professional who is passionate about supporting young people with behavioural and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with students both in and out of the classroom, using positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques to support re-engagement with learning and promote long-term progress.
