What You'll Be Doing:
• Building strong relationships to support, guide, and motivate students
• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions for SEMH, behaviour, and resilience
• Collaborating with SENCO, teachers, and external agencies for bespoke student support
• De-escalating challenging behaviour, modelling outstanding conduct, and restorative practices
• Monitoring student progress and feeding into dynamic support plans
