What You’ll Be Doing:
• Championing and modelling positive behaviour strategies with identified pupils
• Building 1:1 mentoring relationships that nurture social and emotional growth
• Collaborating closely with teaching and SEN teams to tailor interventions
• Supporting reintegration, restorative conversations, and self-regulation programmes
• Analysing behaviour data to design creative, evidence-based solutions
• Empowering students by celebrating resilience, effort, and personal achievements

Ideal Behaviour Mentor for this Westminster School:
• First-class or high 2:1 UK degree (psychology, education, or relatable field)
• Ambitious, proactive, and relentlessly positive in challenging situations
• Aspiring teacher, child psychologist or SEN professional with genuine passion
