What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs across all key stages
• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group mentoring sessions
• De-escalating challenging situations using restorative approaches
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral leads
• Monitoring progress, recording interventions, and celebrating breakthroughs
• Acting as a positive role model across the school community
