Your new role
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons that build curiosity and deepen understanding
- Support pupils' transition into lower KS2 with well‑structured, progressive learning
- Differentiate and scaffold learning to ensure every child makes strong progress
- Promote independence and resilience in daily routines and learning tasks
- Work collaboratively with the KS2 team to share ideas and maintain consistency across the phase.
What you'll need to succeed
- QTS and experience teaching in KS2
- A passion for Year 3 curriculum development
- Strong behaviour management rooted in warmth and clarity
- A reflective practitioner who values teamwork and continuous improvement
