Your new role
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging Year 4 lessons that build confidence and deepen subject knowledge
- Support pupils' growing independence as they progress through lower KS2
- Differentiate and scaffold learning to ensure every child achieves their potential
- Promote resilience, curiosity, and responsibility in daily routines and learning tasks
- Work collaboratively with the KS2 team to share ideas and maintain consistency across the phase.
What you'll need to succeed
- QTS and experience teaching in KS2
- A passion for Year 4 curriculum development
- Strong behaviour management rooted in clarity and positive relationships
- A reflective practitioner who values teamwork and continuous improvement
