As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, therapists, and other support staff, to develop and implement personalised learning plans for each student. You will assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, provide one-to-one support when necessary, and contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
