- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records of their achievements and challenges
- Assisting with the preparation and organisation of educational resources and classroom activities
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Communicating regularly with parents and caregivers to keep them informed of their child's progress and any concerns
