What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a dedicated Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant with:
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in school or educational settings.
• Ability to assist with targeted learning interventions, individual or small group support, and inclusive classroom activities.
• Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and promoting pupil independence.
• Experience observing, recording, and reporting pupil progress accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Competence with ICT and online learning platforms to support teaching.
• Awareness of safeguarding, health & safety, and equality requirements.
• Paediatric First Aid certification or willingness to train.
• Commitment to promoting inclusion, equality, and high expectations for all pupils.
