Your RoleAs the EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with SEN, including speech and language, autism, or developmental delays.
- Assist with learning through play, sensory activities, and structured routines.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support plans.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience working with children in EYFS, particularly those with SEN.
- A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN or Early Years (desirable but not essential).
