The Reserve Service Days (RSD) Manager is a new role that will coordinate the RSD usage for the Army Reservists across AITC, responsible for the forecasting of the RSD budget Control Total of approx. £14M serving the needs of approx. 4,000 Army Reservists.
Key responsibilities:
Providing insight on budget allocations.
Lead on bids to provide a fully costed training programme across the group.
Setting budgets whilst resolving completing priorities.
Managing in year budgets.
Extract and disseminate data across the group.
Manage in month movements within the group.
Coordinate requests for changes in funding
Innovate and develop best practice to support effective decision making and prioritisation.
