DCS is looking for an enthusiastic and capable delivery manager who can drive forward digital transformation initiatives through DCS, championing modern ways of working and applying project management principles.
As a Digital Project Delivery Manager you will be responsible for driving digital transformation through DCS, championing modern ways of working and where they can be applied to DCS outputs. You will apply project techniques to support delivery of outputs.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital outputs, including the day-to-day planning, organising and management of designated projects.
Develop and maintain project plans showing critical path, key milestones, key activities and dependencies mapped to scheduled timelines.
Communicate project status, updates and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
To deliver and maintain or oversee the delivery and maintenance of project risk registers and related documentation.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to define, communicate, and achieve understanding of the project benefits.
Identify and manage project resources, ensuring their effective use to deliver project outcomes.
Work with others to establish all project and cross project dependencies, ensuring they are actively managed throughout project life cycles.
To undertake project analysis, data collation and project presentation; developing Business Cases for focused project workstreams as required on all major change programmes.
Champion the use of digital technologies, providing training and support to wider teams.
Stay at the forefront of digital and data advancements, continuously exploring new applications and opportunities to enhance DCS’ capabilities.
