We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Officer (BR6) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation for various business operations.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals as necessary.
Support project management activities, including tracking progress and deadlines.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
