Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of business support procedures and policies.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during team and departmental meetings.
Manage and maintain accurate records, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Provide administrative support to management including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Support project teams with planning and execution of initiatives, ensuring timelines are adhered to.
Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role or within a business support function.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build effective working relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
