This new full-time post is available from 4 November 2024 on a permanent basis.
The starting salary will be from £26,444 on Grade D, depending on qualifications and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
The Gift Officer is responsible for the prompt processing and recording of gifts onto the Raisers Edge database and to assist with finance tasks such as maintaining gift aid records and updating spreadsheets.
The Gift Officer will work with the Philanthropic Fund Manager and colleagues across the Global Advancement team to help deliver our strategies in line with campaign targets. This will include developing an understanding of the funds supported by philanthropic donations and supporting with monthly processes such as direct debit collections and bank reconciliations.
This is a varied and interesting role which would suit someone who enjoys a range of responsibilities and has a well-organised approach to work.
