What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead, develop, and innovate SEND provision school-wide as SENDCO

• Guide a talented team of LSAs, TAs, and teachers in evidence-driven strategies
• Collaborate with families, external agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor progress and ensure both compliance and exceptional outcomes
• Shape, deliver, and evaluate whole-school SEND training and INSET

Ideal "SENDCO" for this Kingston School:
• Proven track record as SENDCO or Assistant SENDCO in UK settings
• UK QTS required, NASENCO qualification desirable
