What You'll Be Doing:
• Spearheading the assessment, planning & delivery of targeted SEND interventions
• Leading SEND staff across phases, modelling world-class practice as SENDCO
• Collaborating with Educational Psychologists, therapists, and external agencies
• Designing and implementing robust EHCP processes as SENDCO
• Driving a proactive culture of inclusion through coaching, advocacy, and training
• Analysing data sets to continually improve outcomes for SEND learners
• Liaising with families, ensuring transparent, empathetic SEND communication
