What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing and leading the SEND provision and strategy across all key stages
• Overseeing EHCP processes, annual reviews, and tailored support plans
• Coaching and training teaching staff in differentiation and adaptive pedagogy
• Liaising with parents, external agencies, and the local authority
• Monitoring SEND progress and driving measurable and ambitious outcomes
• Collaborating in whole-school development and safeguarding
