What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading, evaluating and refining school-wide SEND provision as the named SENDCO
• Coordinating EHCP processes, reviews, and statutory guidance compliance
• Driving innovative interventions, diagnostic and assessment frameworks
• Training and mentoring staff in bespoke SEND strategies and legislative updates
• Acting as the school’s key SEND advocate, liaising with parents, agencies, and governors
