What You'll Be Doing:
• Championing whole-school SEND strategy and delivering sustainable impact
• Identifying, assessing, and coordinating SEND provision across all year groups
• Leading a skilled team of teachers, TAs, and external specialists
• Orchestrating EHCP processes and effective intervention plans
• Advising SLT on SEND policy, legislation, and outstanding practice
