What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading and refining SEND practice and statutory processes
• Collaborating with SLT to develop inclusive curriculum strategies
• Setting, monitoring and reviewing EHCPs, IEPs and intervention plans
• Coaching and training staff to be SEND-confident and impact-driven
• Engaging families and external partners for best-in-class support
• Ensuring full compliance with the SEND Code of Practice
