What You'll Be Doing:
• Craft and implement impactful SEND strategy across the school
• Lead and develop a talented SEND team, modelling best practice
• Co-ordinate student interventions and statutory assessments (EHCPs/Annual Reviews)
• Collaborate closely with parents, external agencies, and wider professionals
• Drive whole-school inclusion and champion the achievement of vulnerable learners
• Deliver inspiring CPD for colleagues on all aspects of SEND
