What You'll Be Doing:
• Spearheading and refining the strategic SEND vision across the school
• Leading, coaching and developing a skilled team of teaching assistants and SEN teachers
• Driving robust EHCP processes: pupil voice, parents, external agencies
• Designing and monitoring tailored interventions and inclusive classroom strategies
• Embedding high-impact assessment, tracking, and analysis of SEND outcomes
• Building collaborative relationships with families and external professionals
• Advocating for personalised, ambitious pathways for every SEND student
