• Directing and evolving the strategic SEND vision across all key stages
• Leading, inspiring, and developing a specialist SEN team

• Empowering staff with dynamic, evidence-led CPD and coaching
• Designing bespoke support plans that elevate academic and personal outcomes
• Acting as a key voice in whole-school leadership and safeguarding
