What You'll Be Doing:
• Devising and implementing a visionary SEND strategy across the school
• Leading, coaching, and inspiring an outstanding, multidisciplinary SEN team
• Collaborating with SLT to remove barriers and build inclusive curriculum pathways
• Developing robust intervention frameworks tailored to a highly diverse student cohort
• Overseeing EHCPs, accurate assessments, and stakeholder partnerships
• Driving positive outcomes for SEND students – academic, social, and emotional

Ideal "SENDCO" for this Merton School:
• Qualified UK teacher with accredited SENDCO qualification (or working towards)
• Outstanding track record in SEN leadership or whole-school SEN transformation
