Your new role
- Acting as a key point of contact for all compliance‑related activity across the site.
- Managing and maintaining the company's compliance frameworks and documentation.
- Supporting the delivery and upkeep of accreditations, certifications, and audit processes.
- Translating legislative and regulatory requirements into practical processes for operational teams.
- Coordinating actions and ensuring follow‑through on compliance‑related improvements.
- Working closely with operational and H&S colleagues to promote consistent, best‑practice standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a compliance‑focused role within a regulated or manufacturing environment.
- Hands‑on involvement in accreditations, ISO standards, audits, or certification processes.
- Confidence interpreting legislation and applying it within operational processes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience within a Health & Safety environment
