Role Purpose
To provide high‑quality administrative support across TEC Installations Ltd, ensuring smooth coordination of training, documentation, field operations, and management tasks. This role supports compliance, efficiency, and communication across office and site teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Training Management
Maintain and update company training matrix and personnel records.
Book training courses and manage certification renewals.
Liaise with training providers and ensure compliance with industry requirements.
Health & Safety Administration
Compile, format, and maintain RAMS, H&S packs, and site documentation.
Assist Build Managers with project documentation and ensure alignment with client standards.
Support compliance tracking and document control processes.
Operational & Field Support
Arrange accommodation and travel for field engineers.
Coordinate logistics based on project requirements and scheduling needs.
Support general project administration.
PA & Managerial Support
Provide administrative and organisational support to Management.
Diary management, document preparation, meeting scheduling, and follow‑up actions.
Assist senior leadership as required.
General Office Administration
Maintain records, files, trackers, and databases.
Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Contribute to smooth daily running of the office.
Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2–3 years in an administrative role.
Experience with documentation, training management, or H&S processes (advantageous).
Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
High level of proficiency using Microsoft 365.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Working Pattern Hybrid: 3 days office based, 2 days remote.
40 Hrs Per Week.
