Crynodeb
The Street Cleansing team is looking to recruit a multi-functional Streetcare Operative to work in all areas of the City. They will help to transform and improve the cleanliness and environmental standards of the city to meet the aspirations of its communities.
A drivers licence is essential for this role. You must be able to deal with difficult situations involving members of the public and carry out functions citywide such as emptying of litter bins, removal of fly-posting and graffiti, removal of weed growth in hard surfaces, disposal of needles and animal faeces, chewing gum removal and street washing to achieve a clean environment.
You will need to undertake duties that include bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and walking long distances.
