Help students develop subject knowledge, study skills, and exam confidence.
Build a trusting and consistent rapport to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to parents, carers, or professionals where necessary.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring core subjects (Maths, English, or Science).

Desirable Qualifications:
PGCE in Secondary Education and/or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience working with students who have Autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs.
Training in SEN strategies, or experience in an SEN setting is a plus.
If you're a calm, patient, and confident tutor with experience supporting students with additional needs, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a real, lasting impact with a manageable, flexible schedule.
