Box C of E Primary School is situated in beautiful countryside. We are a small, happy and caring school in a vibrant village community. We have strongly supportive parents, governors and staff dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment. The school is housed in a listed building which has under gone considerable refurbishment over the last few years to make it a light, modern and attractive learning environment. Our beautiful school garden is at the heart of our school: used as a place of relaxation, learning and play.We are part of the Mosaic Partnership Trust—an exciting new multi-academy Trust comprising 12 schools. We are committed to nurturing every child’s potential within a supportive and inclusive environment where our Christian values underpin all we do.About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and organised School Office Administrator to join our staff team. This pivotal role provides essential administrative support that ensures the smooth running of the school’s day-to-day operations. If you are passionate about working in education and enjoy a varied role supporting pupils, staff, and the wider school community, this opportunity is for you.Salary: MPT 5 SCP 7-12 £26,403 - £28,598 FTEWorking hours: Part-time – (15 hours per week, term time only, plus five INSET days and one additional week)
Working pattern: Hours will be split across two days of the week (Thurs-Fri). Pattern of work will be discussed with candidates at interview.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide comprehensive administrative support across the school office
• Manage pupil administration, including admissions, attendance, and records
• Deliver HR administrative assistance, supporting recruitment and staff records
• Assist with finance procedures, including invoicing and ordering
• Support estates management and compliance duties to maintain a safe and welcoming environment• Provide clerking support to the Academy Community Council (ACC), contributing to effective school governanceRequired Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational setting
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Arbor is desirable
• Experience supporting HR and finance functions is desirable
