Summary

Office Administrator
Location: Bath - Office based
Salary: Up to £28,000 (full-time equivalent), pro-rata for part-time hours
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (Full-time) – Part-time and flexible hours considered

Our client is a fast-growing, customer-focused logistics company based in Bath. They pride themselves on reliability, flexibility, and delivering excellent service to clients. As their business continues to grow, they are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their team.

The Role

This is a key position within the office, supporting day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and using their own initiative.

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience using the Journease app (desirable but full training provided)
• Experience working with SAGE.
• Local Knowledge of Bath/Bristol and surrounding areas is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• General office administration and data entry
• Managing bookings and delivery schedules
• Process orders and payments
• Handling phone and email enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
