We are seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver a high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused workplace environment.​

This role plays a central part in the daily operational performance of the site, ensuring safe, smooth, and compliant service delivery at all times.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who will act as a key point of contact for building users, contractors, and internal teams, while driving improvements, supporting service excellence, and enhancing the overall workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and coordinate the Workplace Experience team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Provide day-to-day guidance, task allocation, and coaching to ensure strong team performance.

Promote a positive, customer-first culture with clear communication and professionalism.

Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, end users, and service partners.

Oversee and manage all reactive maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and updates.

Coordinate PPM schedules, ensuring activities are completed compliantly and recorded accurately.

Identify inefficiencies and support implementation of service or process improvements.

Handle escalations professionally, resolving issues promptly while protecting customer relationships.

Gather and act on user feedback to contribute to satisfaction and performance metrics.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience as a coordinator within a facilities services environment.

Highly literate and numerate, with strong attention to detail.

Confident coordinating third-party providers, ensuring work meets SLA, quality, and compliance requirements.

Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.

Experience managing facilities service requests and tracking resolutions.

Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, responsive approach.

Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

A strong team player skilled in building effective working relationships.
