What You Will Do:
- Set up and operate 3-axis Hurco and Roeders machines using detailed setting sheets.
- Conversationally program, set up, and operate Hurco 3-axis machines using WinMax software at the console.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure components are manufactured to precise specifications.
- Check your own work using a range of measuring equipment to meet sub-0.05mm tolerances.
- Complete one-off and batch work efficiently and accurately.
- Meet production requirements in line with the production schedule.
What You Will Bring:
- Machining experience, ideally within the aerospace industry.
- Proven experience in setting, operating, and conversational programming on Hurco milling machines.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Exceptional precision and ability to work with minimal supervision to sub-0.05mm tolerances.
- Experience with 3-axis machining and working with graphite is advantageous.
