Are you an experienced Machinist with strong skills on the Spindle Moulder and CNC machinery?
We are a leading bespoke joinery company in Walsall, producing high‑quality timber products for residential, commercial, and specialist projects - and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our growing workshop team.
You will be responsible for operating key workshop machinery to manufacture high‑precision joinery components, including:
Spindle Moulder Responsibilities- Setting up and operating spindle moulders safely and accurately
- Producing mouldings, profiles, and bespoke components
- Working from technical drawings to maintain exact tolerances
- Performing tool changes, adjustments, and routine maintenance
- Operating CNC woodworking machinery for precision cutting and shaping
- Loading programs and ensuring correct tooling
- Quality-checking finished components
- Working closely with bench joiners and production managers
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven machining experience within a joinery or woodworking environment
- Competence on the spindle moulder (essential)
- Experience with CNC routers / CNC machining centres (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A good understanding of workshop health & safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled team
