Are you ready to take the helm of a vibrant restaurant as it enters an exciting new era? The Deck Restaurant is embarking on a
transformation into a contemporary brasserie-style dining and bar experience, complete with a relaxed balcony perfect for
everything from cocktail evenings to indulgent bottomless brunches. We are searching for a Restaurant Manager with a proven track
record of running a restaurant and bar of up to 80 covers, who can unlock the full potential of this unique space. If you’ve ever

YOUR MISSION
* Lead all day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service, atmosphere, and quality that reflect your vision for the new
brasserie experience.
* Recruit, coach, and inspire a passionate team, building a culture of warmth, professionalism, and pride.
* Apply commercial insight to grow revenue, manage costs, and develop a thriving, profitable operation.
* Shape the transformation, influencing menus, service style, and guest experience, from relaxed evenings to vibrant weekend
brunches.
* Champion fresh, local, sustainable food, collaborating with chefs to design memorable dishes.
* Become a visible presence within the restaurant and the wider community, building The Deck’s reputation as Exmouth’s must‑visit
dining spot.
* Work closely with marketing to build excitement, attract new guests, and nurture long-term loyalty.
* Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
