ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a lively and fun-loving Unit Manager to oversee our Bowling, Soft Play and Arcade areas. You’ll help deliver our
mission to "help people feel better and get more out of life" by managing daily operations, inspiring your team, and creating
unforgettable leisure experiences. If you can inject fun into everything you do, you’ll fit right in!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and motivate the Entertainment team, ensuring top-notch customer service
* Manage day-to-day operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
* Prepare team rotas and keep everything running smoothly
* Uphold compliance and safety standards
* Support marketing and drive new business opportunities
ABOUT YOU
* Fun-loving and able to inject positivity and energy into the role
* Strong leadership and people skills
* Organised, proactive, and passionate about customer experience
* Experience in leisure, entertainment or hospitality is a bonus
