The Deck Restaurant – a pivotal role in leading our transformation into a premier dining experience. You’ll champion the evolution
of The Deck, steering it towards a vibrant dining destination, renowned for its use of fresh, local produce and its reputation
among discerning local diners. Reporting to the Business Manager – Hospitality, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape the
vision, build an exceptional team, and inspire the community with memorable dining experiences.
Your Impact:
* Lead the day-to-day operations, setting and maintaining the highest standards of service, ambience, and quality, true to the
vision.
* Recruit, mentor, and develop a passionate team, instilling a culture of excellence and genuine hospitality at every touchpoint.
* Champion health, safety, and compliance, ensuring all aspects of the restaurant meet and exceed regulatory requirements.
* Drive commercial success: grow revenue, optimise costs, and deliver a profitable operation while elevating the guest
experience.
* Collaborate on menu development, prioritising locally sourced ingredients and innovative dishes that set The Deck apart.
* Forge strong relationships within Exmouth’s community establishing The Deck as the go-to destination for food lovers.
* Work closely with marketing to build buzz, attract new guests, and nurture lasting loyalty among regular diners.
