Are you passionate about hospitality and keen to lead a dynamic team? We’re seeking a motivated Unit Manager for the Engine Room
Bar and Restaurant, part of the Ocean management team. Reporting to our Business Manager – Hospitality, you'll play a key role in
delivering our mission to help people feel better and get more out of life. We're looking for someone with a fun, characterful
personality – a true face of the community who will help energise our sports bar and make it a vibrant, welcoming hub.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead daily operations, ensuring top-notch standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
* Support and grow your team through recruitment, training, and mentoring.
* Champion health, safety, and compliance across all areas.
* Drive commercial performance and help shape exciting new initiatives.
* Work with marketing to boost sales and build relationships within the community.
