These values shape everything we do, and we’re looking for someone who shares them.
We also recognise that working in a classroom can be incredibly rewarding and at times demanding. There will be moments when you’ll need strong behaviourmanagement skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and the resilience to navigate challenges. Throughout it all, kindness, empathy and a childcentred mindset remain at the heart of the role.

- Opportunities to collaborate with staff across the Vantage Academy Trust
