We're Hiring: 1:1 Teaching Assistant - SEN Resource (Year 3)

Location: Stockport
⏰ Hours: 08:30am - 12:30pm, Monday to Friday

Start Date: February half term
Duration: Until summer term (potential to extend)

Role Responsibilities:
✅ Provide hands-on 1:1 support throughout the school morning
✅ Support communication, emotional regulation, and sensory needs
✅ Assist with learning activities tailored to the pupil's developmental level
✅ Work closely with the SEN team and wider staff
✅ Implement sensory programmes and specialist strategies

✨ About You:

• Calm, patient, and resilient

• Experienced with children with complex SEN needs

• Confident supporting physical behaviours

• Team Teach training is highly desirable

• Open to learning new strategies to support pupils

Induction & Training:

• One-week induction before placement

• Sensory programme training and exposure to relevant strategies
