Responsibilities
Assist in daily operational support tasks to ensure hub efficiency
Coordinate communication between team members and departments
Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate records and documentation for hub activities
Prepare reports and assist in scheduling meetings
Support the onboarding process for new team members
Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Previous experience in a support or administrative role is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.10
