Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
Prepare detailed investment appraisals and feasibility studies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Assess and manage risk associated with investment properties.
Negotiate lease agreements and sales transactions on behalf of clients.
Provide expert advice on property valuations and investment strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align investment strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment surveying or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proven track record in property valuation and investment analysis.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Membership or working towards membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is preferable.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £400.20
