Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic campaigns to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct research and analyze data to inform campaign strategies and assess target audience needs.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Create and oversee campaign content across various digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to execute campaigns on schedule and within budget.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on campaign outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, email, and analytics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of using data to influence decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
