Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
Perform property valuations and appraisals to determine fair market value.
Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Advise clients on property acquisition, disposal, and investment strategies.
Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that impact investments.
Collaborate with internal teams including finance, legal, and marketing to support investment initiatives.
Maintain and develop relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Professional qualification (MRICS or equivalent) is preferred.
Proven experience in the property investment sector, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with property management software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
