Your new company
An established and growing investment organisation is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst with approximately 2-4 years' experience to join its collaborative Middle Office team. This role is ideal for someone with solid investment operations experience who is looking to broaden their exposure, take ownership of processes, and contribute to ongoing change and improvement.

Your new role
You will work closely with an in‑house Investment Management function, supporting a diverse range of asset classes-including equities, fixed income, hedge funds, private markets, and real assets.The position offers hands‑on involvement in trade support, data management, settlement oversight, operational due diligence, and client onboarding.The business uses the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS).
What you'll need to succeed

  • Monitor daily data feeds and resolve issues across investment systems and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio, asset, benchmark, and index data across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee trade execution workflows, cash postings, and settlement processes.
  • Support operational due diligence and assist with new client onboarding.
  • Work with Finance to resolve audit queries and reconcile positions.
  • Produce and enhance internal and external reporting.
  • Lead or contribute to cross‑departmental projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
  • Manage relationships and service delivery with key third‑party providers.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, promoting strong operational discipline.


What you'll get in return

  • 2+ years' experience in investment operations, middle office, or financial administration.
  • Degree in relevant discipline (Economics, Finance or Law)
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and markets.
  • Good Excel capability; confident using MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and a highly organised, detail‑orientated approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with an interest in improving processes.
